Our signature house dough is transformed into pillowy pockets of dough, filled with creamy Fior di Latte mozzarella, then finished with our garlic oil and Maldon sea salt sachets for that irresistible Wood Fire Smoke flavour at home.

Perfect for sharing, family pizza nights, accompaniments or feeding a crowd.

Full Ingredient List

  • Pizza Dough - Wheat Flour, Durum Wheat Semolina, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin, Fresh Yeast, Water, Salt.
  • Mozzarella - Milk, Microbial Rennet, Live Cultures, Salt.
  • Garlic Oil
  • Maldon Salt

All allergens are highlighted in Bold.
Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to a minimum of 230°C. Allow it to fully come up to temperature before cooking.
  2. Remove all packaging. Set your Garlic Oil and Sea Salt aside - These go on at the end.
  3. Place the Doughballs on a slightly oiled baking tray, spacing them evenly apart to ensure equal baking. Rub oil into the dough on both sides.
  4. From chilled, bake for 8 – 10 minutes, turning half way through, until golden and cooked through. Ensure product is piping hot throughout with a slight crust on the outside.
  5. Remove from the oven. Drizzle generously with the Garlic oil and Sea Salt.
  6. Serve immediately - Doughballs are best eaten straight from the oven while the outside is crisp and the inside soft and fluffy.

Storage

  • Keep chilled - Store in the fridge below 5°C.
  • Once opened, cook immediately. Do not refrigerate once opened.
  • Freezing - Doughballs are suitable for freezing. Frozen Doughballs should be cooked directly from frozen. Do not consume if Doughballs have defrosted. Must be consumed within 1 month of the use by date.
  • Use by - The use by date can be found written on back of the black label and also on the white label located on the back of the Doughballs.
