Our Margherita celebrates the simplicity of great pizza — our signature slow-fermented dough, topped with San Marzano tomatoes, Fior di Latte mozzarella and a touch of Grana Padano.

Made with care by our chefs in our restaurants, cooked in our wood-fired ovens and vacuum packed fresh for you to finish at home.

Sometimes the simplest pizzas are the ones that need to be done properly.

Finish at home in minutes, then add a sprinkle of dried oregano or fresh basil to make it your own.

  • Pizza Dough - Wheat Flour, Durum Wheat Semolina, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin, Fresh Yeast, Water, Salt.
  • Tomato Sauce - San Marzano Tomatoes, Salt.
  • Mozzarella - Milk, Microbial Rennet, Live Cultures, Salt.
  • Grana Padano - Unpasterized Cow's Milk, Salt, Microbial Rennet, Presevative (Lysozyme Egg Protein).

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to a minimum of 220°C. Allow it to fully come up to temperature before cooking.
  2. Remove all packaging. We recommend adding a drizzle of olive oil to the pizza, especially to the crust.
  3. Place directly onto the top rack of the oven.
  4. From chilled, bake for 5 – 8 minutes until the cheese is completely melted. From frozen, bake for 7 - 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven. Ensure food is piping hot before consumption.

Storage

  • Keep chilled - Store in the fridge below 5°C.
  • Once opened, cook immediately. Do not refrigerate once opened.
  • Freezing - Pizzas are suitable for freezing. Frozen pizzas should be cooked directly from frozen. Do not consume if pizza has defrosted. Must be consumed within 1 month of the use by date.
  • Use by - The use by date can be found written on back of the black label and also on the white label located on the back of the pizza.
